Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website, we assume that you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If
you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth on this page, do not continue to
use the Royal Driven website.

Listed below are the Terms & Conditions by which Classic Travels Ltd. (trading as Royal
Driven) conducts business with its clients. Please read carefully before you choose to use
any of our services.

We are Classic Travels Limited trading as Royal Driven, a company registered in Middlesex,
United Kingdom (registration number: 11339436) whose registered address is located at 27
Denbigh Drive, Hayes, Middlesex, United Kingdom, UB3 1QF (“Classic Travels Limited”,
“we”, “our” or “us”).

We provide chauffeur services to the “passenger/passengers” in a vehicle owned by either us or subcontractor drivers.

The term “passenger/passengers” refers to the person or a group of people travelling in a
vehicle owned by us.


All bookings must be pre-booked via our website, email, telephone or fax, any attempted
bookings direct with our chauffeurs will be considered invalid.

All online bookings require a minimum 24-hour notice and payment must be settled
immediately for non-account holders. Enquiries for bookings with less than 24 hours’ notice
must be made by telephone at +44 (0) 20 8144 8488.

A quotation with estimated fare details will be sent at the time of booking. It will be
approximate as per the estimated miles, time incurred by the driver, the time and day of the
journey and the vehicle type. We will not consider any surcharges such as waiting time or
parking costs at this stage.

Our service price list is not mentioned on our website but will be available upon request.

Every effort will be made to accommodate a client’s requirements for the booking of a
particular vehicle/chauffeur. However, we reserve the right to provide an alternative
vehicle/chauffeur of equal standard where your request cannot be met.
In case we are unable to supply one of our own vehicles for your journey, we will subcontract
to a supplier of equal standard. Royal Driven’s Terms and Conditions will still apply.

Tariffs and Service Charges

Our tariffs will be provided upon request either by telephone or via email.
All Tariffs’ will be levied depending on the level of service required.

Services charges will be applied as follow:

For non-airport Pickups – 15 minutes of free waiting time is offered
for airport Pickups – 60 minutes of free waiting time is offered

After the free waiting time the following charges will be applied:

£45 p/h for Mercedes E-Class.
£55 p/h for Mercedes S-Class and V-Class.

Parking/toll charges will be charged at cost price.

All the booking costs will be quoted in GBP (£).

All the prices will incur a 50% rise on Christmas, New Year’s Day and UK Bank Holidays.
We will calculate the fare based on time duration, mileage and out-of-pocket expenditure.
The charges will be as per the type of vehicle/service required for the journey.

We have a fixed price for each journey to or from the local areas, the London airports and to
most London postal codes.

We reserve the right to charge an additional mileage rate for journeys outside of the M25
area excluding airport transfers to Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton Airport, London City Airport and

If the route changes e.g. If a person request to use a motorway route or the driver has to
change routes due to a traffic-related problem, we reserve the right to charge the client for
any extra mileage and time.

Payments and deposits

-All bookings must be secured by a credit or debit card and advance payment is required for
the booking; automatically charged 48 hours prior to booking, balance due 24 hours prior to

-Royal Driven requires 24 hours of advance notice for all online bookings.

During The Journey

No luggage is not allowed in the passenger compartment, only the luggage can be loaded
into the boot space depending upon the vehicle’s luggage capacity.

The driver is not allowed to carry more passengers than mentioned on the vehicle’s license
plate and reserves the right to refuse any requests by the passengers.

Royal Driven’s managers have the right to refuse service to any passenger who is believed
to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat to the
driver or the vehicle.

Royal Driven maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.

We accept pets if it’s a guide or helping pets of the traveler. None helping pets are only
allowed on prior confirmation before making the reservation.


For cancellations less than 12 hours of the trip – No refund

For Event Cancellation

More than 7 days – No charge
Less than 7 days – Full charge

Lost Property

Royal Driven will keep records of lost property in their office and will endeavor to return all
property to their rightful owners.

Other Terms & Conditions

Although all drivers try to arrive 15 minutes before the reservation, we cannot be held
responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

By providing your email address, you give Royal Driven Chauffeurs permission to contact
you by email, and in return, we promise not to give your email to any third party.

The vehicles of the Royal Driven and subcontractors are fully insured for passenger and
third-party claims. However, we are not responsible for the loss/damage to passenger

Use of Data

Royal Driven is committed to adhering to the principles of data protection legislation in the
United Kingdom.

Personal data shall be used fairly and lawfully. We use your data for administrative,
marketing and business purposes (particularly to contact you and process bookings you
place on our website), to improve our business and website experience, to meet our
contractual obligations, to advertise our services, to analyze your use of our website, and in
connection with our legal rights and obligations. Any data is not kept longer than is
necessary. We don’t sell any personal data to third parties (other than our business gets sold
or similar events). We will only transfer any of your data or your information outside the
European Economic Area if we are required to do so by law.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the legal rights of customers.
